Complete the workflow in the workspace

HTML fits browser presentation and link sharing. Preserve the web presentation and let the recipient open the link. Review whether the content is appropriate for link access before sharing.

PPTX fits further editing in PowerPoint. Export it directly from the workspace, then check slide count, headings, fonts, and images in the file. Complex CSS, animation, and interaction may not transfer, so keep HTML as a reference.
