Your finished content, required file format, and recipient's workflow determine the simplest route.
Start with the material and the recipient
Put finalized content into an existing company template. When you only have notes or an outline, organize the conclusion and evidence before generating an editable draft. If you already have slide-based HTML for a PowerPoint recipient, review the extracted slides before exporting PPTX.
Check one real result before delivery

If you have not decided what each slide needs to say, a template can make an unfocused argument look polished without fixing it. Write the outline first, then choose the visual format.
